organic lab gap year

Hey everyone, I graduated this past year without taking organic lab as it's a pain at my school. I can either take it this fall as I work full time or next summer as I apply to medical schools. Do medical schools care when you take this requirement? Would it look strange if I take it while I applying next cycle? Thanks.

You only need to have taken the required classes by the time you matriculate (enter school). It's not necessary to have taken them before your application

Check your schools. A few schools say to finish your prereqs before June, and I know of one that says before January.
