I took organic chem II for my second semester in my university, but I had family problem with stress (hairloss and frequent illness due to messed up immune system and I'm a female), and I had choose a class to withdraw.. that was the most time consuming.. organic chem II.

After that I decided to take organic chem II for summer again. I had to stay my dad's house, so I chose the school that was closest to my dad's place (a local community college). I got an A in class (A+, like 98 overall), and the credits were transferred to my university.

I decided to be pre-med when I was junior, and now I'm going over my academic report, and I noticed this could be a possible problem when I apply to med school (btw, I'm applying for 2011)

I took other organic chemistry classes in my university and I got all As (organic chem I lecture, organic chem I and II labs all three). I took one more other chem class in my university, physical chem I lecture to get a minor and I received an A.

Could anyone give me an advice?

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it at all. It's one class, you have a valid reason for taking it there, and you aced it along with the rest of your ochem classes at your other school. I'd guess it wouldn't even come up in an interview, but you could easily describe your circumstances (with or without certain personal details) and not have it be a problem.
