Hello!

When they ask for 'the original radiology report', do they mean that it has to be the first report regarding the images and not a report from a second opinion or do they mean that it can't be a copy of the report?

I would imagine they want copies of any reports generated in the images in question. Original copy versus a copy wouldn’t matter.
