Ortho program, GRE question

From what I have found, there are 8 ortho programs which would like you to directly send GRE score reports to the institution (not through PASS).

I was wondering if any of you know how to do this? GRE is only reported through Institution code + department code. If any of you know the codes for the following schools, then please post them here. Thanks!

1). .University of the Pacific, San Francisco
2). .University of Colorado Denver School of Dental Medicine
3). .University of Illinois at Chicago
4). .Indiana University
5). .University of Kentucky
6). .University of Michigan
7). .Baylor College of Dentistry/Texas A&M Health Science Center
8). .University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio

google "GRE Institution codes". first result is a pdf. download it.

i'd still check directly with each school though, as i remember some ortho programs also had sub-codes to direct it specifically to the dental college.

Yeah, it took me a while at the beginning to figure out what's "sub-code". I think it's something like 0603 for all the programs (Double check on this for sure). The name is "Dental Sciences". The main codes are like Jone said, on the master list. They're the codes for the universities.

I think it's 0604 for "Dental Sciences." Please, somebody correct me if I'm misreading that. I think 0603 schleps your score over to the Chiropractic Depts...
