orthodontic residency - chances? (Canadian student)

Please chance me and offer any advice 🙂

-Top 10.5% (idk if this is same as top 10%essentially lol)
-President of 2 clubs
-Did some research in dental public health in 3rd year but didn't amount to anything
-2 research positions in undergrad with 1 second author pub (not dentistry related tho)
-school rep for the provincial dental association (aka dental association for states in USA)
-involved in numerous clubs as exec
-competed in a dental case competition
-Dental mission abroad
