M mh0000 Full Member 10+ Year Member Aug 11, 2011 #3 Orthologs = gene homologies found between other species. I just remember "O" for "Other species" Paralogs = gene homologies found within the same species. These can arise via duplications or transposons. Upvote 0 Downvote
