OsiriX equivalent software for PC

I am interested in OsiriX equivalent software for PC, mainly for opening navigation CT / MRI images and make measurements and 3D reconstruction.

Would anyone please provide me a short list of software available out there? It's OK even if it costs money.

Try ClearCanvas. There is a freely downloadable version; later/newer versions licenses cost a bit of money. Good luck.
