Ok, so I was searching you tube for videos of OMM stuff, and I found a promotional video from the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California that showed various DO name tags that would say "Osteopathic Neurosurgeon" or "Osteopathic Anesthesiologist".
So here is my question; what is the point of "Osteopathic Anesthesiologist" or "Osteopathic Neurosurgeon"?
What distinguishes osteopathic approaches and allopathic approaches in the fields of neurosurgery and anesthesiology that make it prudent to identify yourself not as a neurosurgeon, but an osteopathic neurosurgeon.
