Yes, it is no different than a doctor prescribing medication for Off-label use. Which seems to happen a lot.

Q#2: Would, as a future physician, prescribe marijuana

I don't see a reason why I shouldn't if the patient requested and was in serious need of it.

this guy is CEO'n as a weed doctor. Just off dispensing marijuana alone, cash-only and no insurance in the last 2 months he earned ($300 x 800 patients = ~240K).

The only thing I dont like about this article is that if he were an MD, they wouldn't have introduced him as an allopathic physician. Besides that Im all about the business savvy physician. You need it now more than ever
