From what I've seen, CCOM, MSUCOM, OUCOM, and PCOM have a bunch of surgery residencies associated with them. There are others, of course, but these are just the ones I've seen.

KCUMB has an ortho and general surgery program affiliation at St. Mary's in Blue Springs/KC, MO. The general surgery program is new this July and has 2 spots, and the ortho program dropped down from 4 residents to 2, so that the general surgery program could have that funding.

Best shot at Ortho is probably out of either DMU, KCUMB, or PCOM as most of their core hospitals have Ortho programs. Gives you a leg up on guys from other schools IMO.

NSU-COM has two affiliations for ortho. One local at Broward Hospital, and one in Largo at Largo Medical Center.
