OT: kaplan teacher

I know there are a lot of people here who teach for Kaplan/PR. I recently got an invitation to audition to teach for kaplan. They asked me to prepare a 5 minute "how-to" audition....the only problem is I can't come up with a good (i.e., non-boring) topic. Any suggestions?

(By the way, how much does kaplan pay? or does it vary from test to test...i'm eligible to teach both the GMAT and the MCAT.)

I also had to do a how to thing (not for kaplan) so I did an origami lesson. I think I taught them how to make a cat or dog.
