Hey all,
Figured I could get a faster response on here than through OTCAS! When entering transcripts, do you enter the credits attempted or credits earned? For example, for a D or F, credits attempted may be 3 but credits earned is obviously 0.
Also, I attended community college before transferring to a 4-year school, so I'm not entirely sure at what point I was considered what year (freshman, sophomore, jr, sr) as it took me more than 4 years to complete my undergrad. I made my best guess, but I'm not sure if its a big deal or not.

TIA!

Hi! I also attended a community college before transferring to a 4 year university. I went to the OTCAS Applicant Help Center and read some information prior to entering in my classes. On this website, it states that "four-year students should list one year per designation and five-year students should list their last two years as senior. Non-traditional students should label their terms as evenly as possible in chronological order." If you are a 5th year senior like myself, I entered in my first two years at a community college as 'freshman' and 'sophomore'.. Once I transferred, I entered in my classes as 'junior', 'senior', and 'senior' again. Hope this helps!

I received a response from OTCAS; enter the credits earned! In the case of D or F, credits earned is 0.
