"Other" classes, list as Lecture?

Hello! At my university, I took sport/fitness classes for 1 credit and they appear on my transcript. When adding them to my course work, do I click on lecture only, lab only?

I took a cpr class for one credit and labeled it lab only. They left it that way when they verified my app.

I put lab for all my military courses that were straight physical or practical stuff, so yeah. Unless you spent more than a day in the classroom, I'd say just mark it lab. They'll change it if they want.
