What other interview topics should I be reading up on/preparing for besides the ones I've listed?

Right off the top of my head, I'm thinking:

-Why that school
-Why medicine
-Why a doctor
-General knowledge of Obama's health care plan
-Problems with health care
-Some general ethics issues? (can anyone list some specific ones?)

What other high yield topics come up? Any help would be appreciated because I'm a grad student atm and I have to split my time between grad classes and interview prepping.

I wouldn't spend much time prepping for interviews. As someone applying to medical school, you should already be able to handle the majority of questios thrown your way. A majority of all med school interviews are VERY laid back. They just want to get to know you. Some profs are just off the wall and you can't prepare anyway.

I've had an interview dedicated to playing 20 questions. I had to guess the object.
A faculty member I know asks students to interpret a painting and a poem.
I had 1 interview dedicated to the topic of lizards, which I know little about.

Looking back on my 9-10 pre-med interviews, I would have done just as well with 0 prepping.

The most important interview topic is you. The most common interview opening is "Tell me about yourself". Fortunately, you've spent all your life being you, so you should be well-prepared.

There's a difference between being you, and being able to express things about you in an articulate way though..that's why I'm prepping.

I was asked about all sorts of random things, from where I grew up to what my parents do to jobs I've had, where I see myself practicing in the future, what my friends would say about me if they were being interviewed, why my wife loves me, etc.

haha Why your wife loves you?? Was it a little awkward answering that question with "because of my larger than average medulla oblongata....?"

Seriously though, admissions is just there to make sure you are a people person. Look him/her in the eyes, answer confidently, and be honest. It is actually quite easy if you are a social person.
