I know that after the first year you can apply for state residency...but can this be done at all schools.

I read on this forum that Houston does not allow this...is this true? How about the others schools??

I'm pretty sure you can't do it at Indiana. I lived there all four years and paid out-of-state all four years. Hooray!

I know Ohio State has that policy that after a year you get in state tuition. I truly think it varies for every school!

I know SCO says on their website you have to be a "bona fide" resident to receive in state tuition and that doesn't change while you're in school. I think PCO is the same way.

At Nova, you're considered an out of state student all four years.

SUNY's website says after first year you can apply for in state tuition
