With a 36S, 3.66c, 3.28s from Duke, I've been told to stick to middle selectivity schools. But I've a question. When the middle tier schools have less than 30 percent of their students from out of state, is it worth applying to these institutions? Or should I stick to schools like Ohio State, that admit around 47 percent OOS?
