Outside Scholarships

I have done a quick search and didn't find much on this here on SDN.

Are there any general outside scholarships for medical school that don't require some sort of ridiculous research/service in the past?

I have been browsing the internet for outside medical school scholarships and haven't really gotten too far. Most of what I've been finding have been super specific scholarships like "must be from this county in this state" or "graduated from this tiny lib arts college". I was wondering if anyone had any good links or could point me in the right direction of some more general outside medical school scholarships!

You realize there's probably a reason this stuff doesn't get mentioned on SDN that often? As soon as someone mentions one, you've probably tripled your competition with a bunch of crazy neurotic premeds who would eat poop just to get into medical school.

Contrary to popular belief, you need to work hard to earn anything in this life. Go find these on your own and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
