PA school and family

Anyone out there who last left a job and taken their family to PA school?

I am considering leaving active church ministry to pursue a career as a PA and am trying to find a way to keep my family financially afloat and together for 31 months. My wife is a teacher, but my salary is significantly higher thah hers.

Just looking for some ideas on how others have negotiated these exciting waters...
