I've been on Pacific's waitlist for a while now and I was wondering if anyone knows if they are done with interviews and also when will they issue the waitlist rankings.

Has anyone on their waitlist received their ranking yet?

I have also been on the waitlist since February, and haven't heard anything back from Pacific. She said they'll rank the list this month, and send us something in the mail to let us know where we stand on it. Good luck to you!

does anyone know who i should contact regarding my application? - i haven't heard ANYTHING from pacific....so now i am freaking out 😕
especially since it seems like pacific is ALL DONE now!

You should email or call Janelle Holmboe. I think Pacific's admissions committee meets every Thursday and after they meet Janelle makes calls to the applicants with their decision. I was given a call even though I was put on the waitlist.

Is an interview required for admission? or can they make a decision solely based on your application?

I got an email back from Janelle, and she said they're working on creating the list this week. They should send us something in the mail that lets us know our ranking on Friday.

So I emailed Janelle and she said that my file hasn't been reviewed yet 😕

For those of you who were waitlisted, I was wondering if you could tell me what type of GPA and OAT scores you had? I'm worried that I'm not going to get in anywhere this year and I was wondering if it was because my scores weren't as high as others.

Powerpuff and others,

I am on the other side of the fence. Powerpuff I applied in November and they didn't review my application until the middle of January. It depends greatly on the timing that you apply. With all the finals in December followed by holidays and then the ski trip to Mount Bachelor it was put off until I was making other plans. I don't know when you applied but, it will be very competitive at this point that the prefered list has already been decided upon. For the post that was wondering grades, my OAT was strong but, I know I was shocked I made it in with my GPA in sciences of 3.33. Good luck to all those that are waitlisted and hopefully I will see most of you there either this year or next.

Got news today that everyone on the waitlist moved up one spot! Let's hope it keeps going...

Congratulations Trish! I have moved from #6 to #4 so far, I am starting to think I might actually get in this year 🙂
