I have a problem with my Palm Centro.

I was opening a web page several days ago and it crashed the phone, restarting it. Despite removing the battery, doing a hard restart, etc., whenever I attempt to open the web browser it goes to that page and immediately crashes the phone. I cannot stop the page from loading fast enough before it crashes.

Any thoughts before I head over to the Sprint store or call Tech support?

Open the browser with all internet connections closed. It will just give you a 404 error instead of loading the page. This will only work if the page has not been cached.

If the page has been cached, install a file manager program and delete the browser history and cache manually. This will cause it to forget where you have been and go to it's default homepage instead.
