You can purchase unlocked Centros although I think a SIM card might work better than your SIN card (albeit perhaps not as much fun)! 😉

I don't see any unlocked Centros on the Palm company web site, but I see unlocked Centros on ebay. ebay resellers claim that their unlocked Centros work with all Sim cards, not just AT&T.
