pancytopenia and splenomegaly

So this qbank I'm doing drew attention to the fact that if there's pancytopenia WITH splenomegaly, it's prolly not aplastic anemia.

Which got me thinking--what specficially would cause pancytopenia with splenomegaly? I'm thinking leukemia and lymphomas but I can't seem to think why those would leak to splenomegaly?
