panicking about part 1 dates

I just received a letter from ECE that they will need some more information from my school before they complete my evaluation, this will delay my part 1 registration. They are communicating direct with the school and this will be a long process. If I do part 1 in Oct or November, do i have any chance of getting my applications in on time

By that time the deadlines will be over for all CA schools and some other schools... but you could still apply to NYU, BU, UColorado, etc...

plan to take my part 1 next. yet to request my ECE evaluatio. know am running way late. doubt i'll make it for next year's intake. still plan to give it a try.
