Hi guys,
I looked at the LOE Matching Form for paper LOE and am surprised that it has no instruction for the evaluator what to write about.. Shouldn't there be instruction such as "what are the person's strengths and weaknesses?"? Or do evaluators write anything about the person they are evaluating?

Well more than likely your evaluator has written plenty of recommendations before, so he/she will know what to write. They usually will ask you for your personal statement, resume, transcripts, etc. to get a better idea about yourself in helping them write the evaluation.
