Hi,
I think all 4 questions where u've mentioned the answers r correct.The one abt mand.incisors I'm not sure either,coz I don't know what r imbrication lines.If anyone knows,cud u please explain? Thanks

are incremental lines found in dentin also known as Von Ebner's lines.

Ans to this is Lingual fossa. It is found in Maxillary Incisors not in Mandibular incisors.

Imbrication lines are faint curved lines which roughly parallel the CEJ in the cervical 3rd of the labial surfaces of anterior teeth. however they are not always present 🙂

to make things even worse, Mandibular incisors do have very shallow lingual fossa, bounded by faint marginal ridges... (thats what the book says)

however as far as i know, mandibular incisors have least distinct or very indistinct lingual surfaces, so in exam, i'd have gone with the lingual fossa. correct me if i'm wrong, cuz i have my exam in 4 days time 🙂

thanx
