Is it true that Part 1 retakers get a tougher exam than the first timers? I knew a person who "apparently called ADA after getting his score and he was told unofficially" that difficulty level of the exam keeps on increasing with the no. of attempts you give. Any truth in this fact? Please respond if someone knows anything about this

nbde is not cat based so i dont think that is possible. they have a test paper which is in the computer and you do that only. whether you are repeater or fresh. thats what i think
 
Bad news is the two people that I know retook the exam said it was harder... the good news is one scored a 94, the other went up two points from 85 to 87.

Can you please tell me what to study? I got 67 in part 1 when i took it in 2007 dec. i read for 45 days decks and papers. i want to take it again in this dec. Please help me, :scared:
 
Just covering a lot of ground via reading old released exams, ROBBINS PATHOLOGY is a big plus. Medically relevant biochem and physiology books. IE not just the basic science text, but Medical Biochem and Medical Physiology. For the DA parts, read and memorize Dental Anatomy by Wheelers. You should do fine. Good Luck.
