For those who has already taken the part 1 exam and those are preparing for it like me, how do you guys study the microbiology part?

I have the text book: clinical microbiology made ridiculously simple. It is fun and helpful but it does also contain a lot of information. All sorts of toxins and crazy names just got me so frustrated... I also checked the percentile of the microbiology part in the microbiology/pathology section. It doesn't seem as high as the pathology. I wonder if that low percentile is consistent with the real exam? How did/do you guys crack the microbiology part? Any comment would be helpful.
