Do Optometry Schools provide partial deposit fee waivers? Whether it be partial or full due to financial circumstances? Has anyone had experience with this?

Just a particular school update: NECO does not provide any sort of fee waiver, but they do allow you to make 2 separate payments or so to make up the whole deposit (not specified anywhere, had to find out myself).
