Does anyone know of any D.O. schools that are based on a pass/no pass system instead of letter grades?

Pass/Fail systems are more competitive than letter grade systems. Instead of having class rank determined by grade, now every point on a test counts. This makes it much more difficult to be number one unless you are scoring 95% or above on every test. As you know, class rank and COMLEX scores are going to be important when trying to attain a good residency.

MSUCOM is based on a pass/no pass system instead of letter grades. It also gives out honor grades for those that are exceptionally good.
