In my paranoia, thinking I failed my step 2 CS, I was curious - do med schools that say you have to have a passing score for CS in order to graduate actually stick by this? Do you know of anyone who matched into a residency program, and was not allowed to graduate bc they did not pass step 2 cs by the graduation date? It seems like there would be alot of logistic chaos with this, esp on the residency program end of things...Or conversely, do you know of any program that said passing was required but allowed someone to graduate anyway if they failed?
The reason I ask is, my med school says they require a passing score, but they also said they required a bunch of other stuff in our prevoius years and did not necessarily stick by those rules...if any grad requirement were flexible, it seems like it would be this step 2 cs requirement.
