Is it okay if I take a new picture and send it with the secondary? I was thinking I should get dressed and go to one of those places that take passport photos...or would that be too much? Thanks.

Sure, you can do that. A do-it-yourself photo is fine too, though. They just want a face to put with your name.

Well, remember that it has to be a small 2x2 picture. If your entire body is in the shot, your head is going to be very small. If you've got one, crop it so it's just your shoulders and up.
