Dude! Forgive my ignorance, but I was looking through the class threads and realized that you graduated from MY med school! Any tips on how I can survive these 2nd and 3rd term finals and boards? Its not looking pretty...

Honestly, the key is to not let yourself fall in that trap of falling behind because there are no midterms.

How old are they?

In our house any time before my sister hit about 13 I don't even know what that would have caused...some sort of riot, I suppose.
 
Watching the heat/lakers.. lets see how my team finishes.. they are looking good right now..

We actually opened our gifts a record for the latest: around 1 or 2 this afternoon. It was nice to not get woken up this morning.

13 and 17, I suppose they are getting a little old now. I could still see the disbelief in their faces though.
 
So, I don't drink much when I'm at school 'cause, well, it's expensive.

My parents, on the other hand, have a VERY nice wine collection. 😛
 
wait til 3rd yr and residency.. my drinking picked up during 3rd yr and if i had more time this yr..... 🙂
 
Wheeeeeeeeee! I passed my written boardds. Thank you Abem for letting me pay ANOTHER grand to take my oral boards.
 
Priceline and Alamos collectively screwed me out of $150 dollars today. I was able to get a lot back of what they were trying to charge me. The stupid sales agent basically quoted me wrong on an upgrade and things were much more expensive than they were supposed to be. Not very happy with the situation.

I used thrifty like a champ... got a car for under $20 (including taxes).. overall real cheap and a good deal!

Traveling is a MFer though..

Bah, I'm about two weeks and 6 interviews behind on thank you cards. I'm tempted to just not even write them for my prelim medicine interviews (which were the first three). Do you think it matters how long after they come?
 
I am seriously enjoying no school. and no work for a few days.
