Tomorrow is my last day of ortho b/c I'm doing a second look next week. Therefore I need two days off to prepare. 😉 I love 4th year and I can't wait to start vacation...errr radiology next week. 😀
 
Back to AZ tomorrow. Sick as it sounds I am lookin forward to going back! Miami is/was awesome. Great city to visit. Great to see friends and family.

I hate it when I sleep til the time class starts. Of course I could show up late, but I hate doing that, so I just skipped. Tonight I will have to listen to the lecture online...this sucks. Don't fall asleep on a couch watching a movie at a friend's house on a school night is my lesson for the day.
 
Oh and socute, I hope you can breathe soon. I know I am not that far in school yet, but I'm pretty sure not breathing is not good for you.
 
I am wondering if I am going to get evacuated???? Chemical explosion occurred less than 4 miles away. They evacuated all the schools within a 5 mile radius, and those living within a one mile radius. I will have to see what happens I guess. They said we will have acid rain over the weekend if it rains, but they have no clue what the chemicals are.

Here are the steps you should take when encountering an NBC environment.
1: Stop breathing and close eyes
2: Pull out gas mask, put it on and clear it. (you have 8 seconds)
3: Give the hand and arm signals while yelling "Gas, Gas, Gas."
4: If at any time after this you begin to experience severe neurological symptoms, use the atopine and 2PamCl. injectors.
Note: none of the above is applicable if you are in a civilian environment.
 
Remind me exactly what Atropine and 2Pam do against depleted uranium?

Well...I survived the whole thing. I didn't even have to go outside til this morning....we'll see how polluted it is then.

life is good today.. some bs went down yest and ill post about it when i can.. but right now i cant.. ruined my whole day..GRRRR

I skipped out of my ICU rotation today and will again tomorrow for a "second look." The gf and I are going to Atlanta for the weekend! 😀
 
Skipping 3 days of last week of anesthesia for second looks. This makes it a total of 10 half-days of anesthesia for the entire month. Daddy like.

good healthy day for fetus.. ate well (so far) and hit the gym.. what more could I ask for..

Oh and dictated some charts and dealt with some stuff at work..
 
I need to get to the gym soon myself...limiting factor 10 degrees with a windchill of -5 outside. It's wonderful that this cold snap is in it's second week.
