Pathoma states that Dyshormogenic goiter(cong deficiency of TPO) is the MCC of cretinism, while FA states its due to thyroid dysgenesis. Which one speaks the truth, and nothing but the truth?

Does Sattar say that in the vids? The text doesn't specify which is more common.

The text shows it too

Page? Mine says "Causes include maternal hypothyroidism during early pregnancy, thyroid agenesis, dyshormonogenetic goiter, and iodine deficiency. Dyshormonogenetic goiter is due to a congenital defect in thyroid hormone production; most commonly involves thyroid peroxidase."

So TPO is the most commonly affected gene/enzyme in dyshormonogenetic goiter, but that's not the same as dyshormonogenetic goiter being the MCC of cretinism or even TPO atypia.
