about to order pathoma, was wondering if theres any diff from the one that i downloaded, some people told me that he updates his lectures if youve subscribed, and also is there any recent change that i should wait for? like a new edition of the book thats coming out soon or anything? or is it safe to order now(today lol)

AFAIK, the newest edition of the book already came out but you can always call to confirm. And I would say that given how much pathoma could potentially help you (and the available anecdotal evidence suggests that is a lot), you should fairly compensate the person who put in the hard work of helping you do well on the step.

Pathoma does offer school-wide discounts so if you are a student, you should ask around or contact them to see if they have any arrangements with a student representative. Our school code brought the price down to $85 for a year.

started using pathoma, im putting notes in the side margins like i did with kaplan, but bc i ultimately need FA to be my bible, should i be annotating into FA? or on a piece of paper and then insert that into FA? the problem is that pathoma videos follow along with the text, so maybe i can just get pathoma unbinded and add it into my FA section wise (my FA is in a huge binder) what do you guys suggest?

I wrote down whatever Dr.Sattar said in the margins. i noticed later on that most of the stuff were already in first aid and some of the stuff weren't. i think its a personal preference but i didnt even read the pathoma book, i just listened to his lectures and made sure i understood what was going on. i used uworld more to understand the certain pathologies. You don't need to follow the videos with the text. I think the best thing you can do is just listen to them and make sure you are understanding the concept and apply it to world q's. good luck!
