I have completed Pathoma recently. I do not think I have time to go over all Pathoma videos again since I have only 3 weeks till my test. For those of you who have done Pathoma, which are the highest yield chapters of Pathoma.

I am also in this difficult situation, however I only have 1.5 weeks. But I would recommend that since you have 3 weeks, you should try to do as much as Pathoma as possible. But if you have to pick and choose, I would say it would be best to do the systems in which you scored the lowest on your latest NBME.

Why would you not have enough time? You definitely should...... there is what, 15 chapters and each chapter is 1.5 hrs??

You could try doing all of it on 1.7 speed. I think that makes it just like 20 hours.

I can't help you with the hy beyond that though, sorry! Good luck.

Did you not annotate and underline material that he said was high-yield?

Pathophysiology is literally 40-50% of Step I, and you have 3 weeks left. If you didn't annotate, I still think you have more than enough time to go through Pathoma lectures again. If you did annotate, you should have more than enough time to read through Pathoma multiple times. Either way, since it composes so much of what you'll be tested on, I think it's worthwhile to go through it again.
