Her daughter is not suitable dating material for about 364 365ths of the year. And there's no predicting when that magic day comes along 🙂.

Oh, and beary - I was busy being a self-involved little brat last night. Hope your bad day wasn't because of your just-started hemepath elective! Hope that's going well!!!
beary said:Thanks socute. My day was a little better today too. Hemepath is going pretty good, thanks. 👍
It is super hard! So many of these cell types look exactly the same to me!
Hope you are doing ok.
Praetorian said:I dunno...maybe. I just don't see where this relationship can get much better because of the fact that she refuses to move away from her parents. I don't know what she is expecting to do once I get into medical school since there isn't a medical school in the town her parents live in. Personally I think a major improvement will only happen when her mother's chain smoking catches up with her. That woman is the only person I would wish a slow lingering death from chronic respiratory failure upon.
Sorry, didn't mean to vent.

beary said:Really? What happens? (Curious since I have one, and I'm a weird future pathologist)
I also learned through personal experience that MRIs are not good for pacemakers. All those signs that pacemakers not allowed? For a good reason.
I meant "odd" in a positive sense- in that they have strange sense of humor, etc.beary said:Hey!![]()
I actually have found most pathologists to be really cool. Certainly some odd birds, but have found that to be true in every specialty. Of course, maybe I just fit right in with the oddballs. 😀

Sorry about that BKN, I didn't mean to negatively impact your recruiting efforts.....BKN said:I hate to mess with a perfectly funny postpad, but since it's it my residency and I want you guys to keep applying: El Paso is routinely the 2nd or 3rd safest big city in the US. Check the FBI crime stats.
