Someone is going to have to do some more postpadding since EF is gone for awhile. I guess we can all take on a little more of our daily duties, right?
 
Wooooo we got back the results of our neurology exam. From an informal poll, I see that more than half of the class failed. It's a bad thing when I'm one of the top scorers and my grade was in the 70s.

socute, have you gotten used to the constant fog both the eyes and brain are in??? I havent, cheer up theres enough time to sleep after death (or so i have been told)
 
Yeah, talking about fog. Apparently my prescription has increased by a diopter since starting med school 🙁.
 
It's been a while, so I thought I'd get in a post pad...
 
I have turned into SUCH an insomniac! That's it - no more coffee for me once the sun goes down!!!
 
Which I guess makes sense since ROLs are in and there is nothing left to do but worry for some people and forget about it for others (like me).
 
Hope things are well for everyone. We have become a little stagnant still down by about 3800 to the Gen Res forum.
 
Hope its not too cold where you guys are. It is 35 or so here in paris.. a little colder than we had hoped but me and the B&C are enjoying it here.

We had our pinning ceremony tonight at UM---the equivalent of a white coat ceremony. I got to see all of the parents that live vicariously through their children. "I'm a great father. My son's going to be a doctor!"
 
Just thought an AM post pad session is in line while I work on something else on another screen.

Dude my wife is somewhere in between thank god you will finally make some money and I cant believe you gonna be a doctor.

Nothing could be closer to the truth. Med School for me allowed me to meet 3 types of people.

1) My friends - Too many "stories" to ever trust them with my healthcare
2) Weird gunner no friend classmate - Well no social skills means they are pretty scary when they talk to.... well you know PEOPLE.
3) Never met them/didnt know they were in my class classmates - Gosh if you disappeared for 3-4 yrs what leads me to believe you will be there when i need you.

I mean too much alcohol and "serious" talk leads me to pray that I never get ill! :laugh: :meanie:
 
One more for the road! Canes did well at Pro Day today or so I have read!
 
Wife is predisposed for 30 mins.. nothing on TV.. Will pad until then..

Unfortunately, work was busy today so I couldn't unleash my usual flurry.

Now I have to go out to the Korn concert to provide first-response coverage to drunken metalheads . I hope they play some of their old stuff...used to listen to some of it back in high school. :horns:

my internet access was way better in alabama than here, but I am here temporary. The school gave me some access yesterday though so I should be back to some posting this week. but hey, i'm in vegas what am I doing on a computer anyways!
