Path's lead is shrinking..

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I have a heavy duty one as well but I figured what the heck.

This padding thread has been real real slow hasnt it?

I got to go to some ultrasound training with my soon-to-be co-residents yesterday. Nice to be included already. 🙂

In other news, I have 7 more days at the hospital before I'm completely done with rotations. 😀

I don't know, she won't tell me.

It's not a matter of wanting quite a few. She just can't kill a perfectly good pet because the owners got tired of them. So she accepts the euthanasia fee as a donation, gets them to sign a release and tries to find the animal a new home. We end up with the losers.

So one day i got curious. I counted the legs and divided by four-that didn't work, too many amputees, including a double. I counted the eyes and divided by two, that didn't work either. Then I tried counting the brains - but I forgot about the two kittys without a cerebellum between 'em. I married a saint, I try to be worthy.

So, on your way to AZ, no? Stop by, we'll set you up with a couple of old, tired, not particulalry friendly, felines for pets.

Oh yeah, congrats on CK🙂 .

BKN, your wife sounds like she rocks. If I ever make my way down there, I'll take a couple of dogs off your hands. I usually just snatch them off the streets but I suppose a couple of three-legged dogs would spice things up a bit with the four-legged street dogs in the house.

But for now:

I guess I'll feed one more +pad+ to keep the numbers rolling.

I've been up in Seattle for five days taking a course in HTML and Javascript programming so i can write an evaluation website. While I was there the list aobut best jobs came out (see other threads). software engineer first and doctor 30th?? All I can say is to each his own. I'd jump off a cliff if I had to do that full time.

Oh Yeah...+pad+

Especially in Seattle...the weather up here's been horrible lately.

Will this evaluation site also require you to learn PHP or Perl to maintain a database? If so, there are some good online resources to learning these languages.

Nicely done from a PD. A little +pad+ action impressive. Dont they have these classes at El Paso? Or was it just a ruse to get some coffee?

BTW College Prof was #2, Mrs Fetus was happy...Lawyer was 37th and let me tell you How could it be that high if you had no soul?

Thanks. At least at first, it'll be DIS's job to handle the server side. I may get to the rest of it later. Right now it's back to writing the PIF, RRC is coming.

The company pulled a bait and switch. They apparently schedule lots of classes in 75 cities, knowing that they will cancel lots of them for lack of registrations. I wanted to take it in EP the week before. They called me and said no can do, but they's pay for my airfare and hotel if I'd take it in Seattle. So. . .

p.s. I could have answered both post in one, but that would have missed a +pad+

haven't done it myself in awhile

Post padding!

While many websites are adopting PHP for its ease of use, I think that there are too many security and performance issues to make it a viable language. For my money, Perl is the language of choice.

My sister was talking to me about the company and I had to explain to her why this company is like a mini-communist company.

Let the free market reign, none of this artificial price setting for elastic goods.

Me and the wife finally made it through the inspection process of our new home in Tucson. We are pretty excited. Now we have to sell our place in chicago. Anyone want a condo in downtown?

Now we need to get a contractor to fix it up to the misses specifications if you get my drift.

Also I was in miami last week... It reminded me of why I love warm weather. Tucson here I come!!

Although I dont have the stamina of everyones EM interested m1 former irish gymnast! 🙂

so does anyone have anything interesting to add? Or am I the only +pad+er

You are right...you just couldn't go as long as I could 😛.

If SDN would take away the 20 second time-delay between posts, I could do a lot more padding with my free time.

Agreed... 👍

We are firmly entrenched as the # 1 specialty is terms of number of posts.. the Gen res forum however is unattainable at this time!!! Maybe next yrs crop of m4s will be a bumper crop!

Sigh...

I don't know about NEXT year, but I can guarantee you that the M4s for 2008-2009 will KICK SOME ASS!

Details please?
My must haves are: 1 covered parking space, in unit washer/dryer, high speed internet ready and 600 sq ft or over. Nearer Northwestern (Rehab Inst of Chicago, E. Superior St) is better.
Thanks!
