I assume you have seen the pontiac sky and Saturn Aura, both are nice looking and run about 25K (too rich for me) which is still cheaper than what I think these guys will go for if they go to production.

The camaro looks like a 60s Mustang knock-off. Of course they were in the 60s also.
 
HOLY CRAP! Forget meeting men at the bookstore. I know where I'm going next time I'm in Nashville, and it's not to the Grand Ole Opry! Dude - those girls have nothing on me. I mean, sure, they're all 5'8" and stick thin and gorgeous (well, most of them) but between the 25 of them they have about 30 brain cells total (I gave the two docs a few extra...but maybe shouldn't have after that "my ovaries are rotting" comment). So maybe they don't quite have "nothing" on me...but a girl can dream 🙂.

That looks about the same too. Of course none of these cars are really much like that era. Far less power, far safer and more reliable. Won't skid on the corners, won't peel out, won't roll over as easy. Sure miss the bad old days. 😎

S'ok. I'm just trying to sound snotty, superior, and stupid all at the same time, in hopes of being picked for the next Bachelor.

(Hear sounds of gagging and see a tiny 5'1" frame crouched over the toilet bowl).

The show is so bad that I just have to watch the train wreck. (And I guess the eye candy isn't bad this time around.)

BKN you can surely get a car with more power than the old ones... I am sure you are familiar with the Buggati Veyron. I believe the asking price is $1.2 mil, maybe if EM salaries triple you can get one?

To be fair, it doesnt have the american muscle car look, and the exterior is so-so... but 1001 HP is serious business!

yeah, my wife sometimes watched that junk over my protests.. Ithink you are right. Being 5'1" will def hold you back. Instead of the Bachelor watch the show with Flavor Flav on VH1 I believe. You will get a whole new perspective on humanity.. I promise you that!

0-60 2.5 sec, tops out at 270, runs out of gas in 12 minutes. Yeah I'd like that. the million dollar price tag would probably annoy Ms. Dr. BKN.

The only thing I miss about the AF was turning on the burners, airborne in 7 plane lengths and 10000 ft up by the end of the runway.
 
BKN, if you buy it and hide it from your wife you could apply the famous.. What they (Mrs BKN) dont know wont hurt her.

All you have to do is find a way to smuggle enough money out of your 401(k) or 403(b) more likely at TT, your IRA, your home equity etc... Now it isnt an AF jet but you can go through the McDonalds drive thru in this thing not so much in a jet.. Plus I imagine tanning is easier in this thing.
 
Side note.. I know this is totally not PC but I am watching a South Park rerun.. The show is hilarious. the current episode... the famous "cripple fight"... Oh I am gonna burn in hell one day!

Personally I'd like to find myself a used F-4 Phantom if I were going for an expensive vehicle purchase. I've loved them since I was a kid and they flew over my house (there was an ANG squadron of them a few miles away)

Don't forget that the McLaren F1 (what was considered one of the fastest supercars ever produced) can get up to 120 mph before this Bugatti even takes off, and it will BEAT the Mclaren to 200 mph! 😱

It's always been my dream to fly a fighter aircraft...unfortunately, we only have about 100 of 'em (F-18s) in the Canadian Air Force, so you have to be VERY lucky and VERY talented to be chosen to fly one of those.

The funniest one is when the kids are waiting for some movie trailer to come on TV and they sit through an entire episode of "Russell Crowe's Fightin' Round the World" show, where Russell Crowe randomly travels around the world in a talking tugboat, picking random fights with people.

I know you are all waiting with baited breath to hear this. I went to class. I drove without coffee to make it on time...not a pleasant trip. Somehow I think this should be some sort of moving violation - instead of DWI, DWOC (driving without caffeine)!!!
