I hear you on hunting for hard to find sizes; I'm marfanly tall. My comment was more of a commentary on the fashion world in general. That being said, let me just tell you about my cable addiction that is Project Runway. What will that salty Santino get himself into this week?

Yeah my wife had a good job for 2 yrs so we loaded up on "nice clothes" then havent really bought a lot of good stuff. everything will change next yr.. Ill make a little shell make more than me.. Between the 2 of us we will be able to buy some decent clothes.. of course ill be wearing scrubs in EM 🙂

Good school, good rep, nice hospital (real nice IMO kinda like a hotel).
