haha...I've found it's not that hard to go without after it's been a while. Just my $0.02.
Well, I'd say that you girls are doing the right thing. Confusion is a major part of the process. It can't be overlooked. I don't feel like their should be an equal share of the power. I would want to a girl to make me want her, and that's where the "games" come in.
So you like the "hard to get" game.
I think he needs to "man" up and get with the program. Being dedicated to school is great, but shouldn't be an excuse to not have a little companionship.

To a point. I think that it makes the goal that much more desirable. But it can go too far. I wouldn't want to be strung along without going out on a date for very long.

Un-clingy. Just because we went on one date doesn't mean I want a girl to hang around all the time and immediately want to spend all her time with me. Time spent with a girl is great, but I would want her to have interests outside of the new "boyfriend."

I don't think it would be a problem then. I suppose "buffer is the term I'm looking for. I like relationships to develop over time, not overnight. And if you have spent a lot of time already with that person, then a buffer period is not needed.
