How important is taking patient demographic into consideration when choosing Optometry schools?
For example: ICO's clinic is located in a lower ses area, with more disease patients visiting. While CCO is a newer clinic in a suburban area that has mostly healthy patients.
Will the exposure substantially help me as a practicing Optometrist? Make a difference in my Optometry school education/ Help with boards?
