I have to get this out of my system.
So, I have a patient today who needs multiple treatments. We are busy in clinic so we told her that it will take time to get her in for treatment.
She goes off and tells us that we should be able to get her in and that the doctor should come in during his lunch or after hours or earlier to make time for her.
Yeah, don't hold your breath.
Anybody have any experiences such as this?
