How indepth does bio section go on pcat? I have not taken many bio classes: only whole year of general biology and right now I am taking comparative vertebrate and human anatomy.
What material should I pay more attention to? It seems that bio section can cover a lot of material.

I was actually surprised - there was less anatomy/physiology than I expected, and in retrospect I overstudied for those parts. However, I did think the test was very comprehensive for all of the basic biology sequence, so be sure you that you study all of your general stuff, even the stuff at the end about ecosystems and classifications, and such. You are right - it does cover a lot of material. I re-read pretty much my whole gen. bio text, then I took some practice tests to see where my problems were, then I went back and made flash cards for the major points I was having trouble remembering.

When I took the PCAT I had only taken A & P 1 and Microbiology.
I didn't take the general biology sequence in College - I got AP credit for it waaaaaay back in 1993.

I used the Kaplan GRE biology review. Just read through it to get familiar with the material. I also did the practive exercises in Kaplan's PCAT.
I also had the Audio Learn tapes and listened to them when I was alone in the car.

I scored a 99 in biology.
