Hello all,

I am new to this area of the SDN forum, so please advise if I posted this concern in the wrong section.

I am curious as to what you all think my chances of doing well on the PCAT are after using the 3-month SN2ed study schedule for the MCAT. I am mainly seeking advice regarding the similarities/differences between the content of the two exams. I would love to hear some of your thoughts on this.

All help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

they are different tests. MCAT focuses on critical thinking, PCAT is memorization. PCAT is a complete joke compared to the MCAT though.

ye I took both cause I didn't know which field I wanted to go into, but MCAT is def harder. PCAT lets u use ur outside information such as high level courses if u took them to tackel the questions. The main difference is MCAT is more of an IQ test that focuses on ur critical thinking ability, while PCAT is more of a "what have u learned in ur courses" test that shoots alot of questions for u to do in a short amount of time. Also MCAT has physics and PCAT has algebra-calc focuses
