I am planning to write PCAT soon for the first time and I have few questions..

so as far as i understand, you can write the PCAT as many times you want right? (but only once in a same month)

and say if you wrote twice but score didn't improve in second one (first one has better score) can you choose the first one to use ?? or always lastest one counts??

and there is no way for schools to check previous PCAT scores?

please help me out here 😳

Maybe checking out the Pearson/PCAT or the PharmCAS websites will answer some of these questions for you.

-You can definitely take the PCAT multiple times, but if I remember correctly I think there is an eventual upper limit (maybe 5 attempts?).

-I am under the impression that different schools handle multiple PCAT scores differently. Some look look only at the most recent. Some look at the highest. Some consider all. Your best bet here is to contact the admissions office at the schools to which you are applying and ask.

-I would definitely NOT count on being able to selectively submit good scores while hiding bad scores.

When you send PCAT scores, all previous scores are reported.
