I just took the PCAT for the third and final time this past Saturday. 47 on my first, 61 on my second. I have a 3.7 GPA (pre-reqs and cumulative). Good news though: I have two upcoming interviews anyway!
The most important things I feel that you should do are:
1. Call each school you are interested in and personally tell them about your entire stats and profile. This way you can more accurately assess your chances. Internet sites for schools only give you averages, therefore, your situation will not be addressed until you call your schools.
2. Apply early, apply now, get started and finish it today or tomorrow if you haven't already finished the application process. This goes without saying.
3. Target only those schools that are willing to talk to you personally and give you an honest assessment. If you get the run-around from a school (such as "I can't tell you until you apply") or if a school tells you that your PCAT score would keep you from getting in their school, don't apply to that school. There are too many schools that would love to have you given your GPA.
4. Look into non-PCAT schools also.
Your GPA is very commendable. You can take the PCAT again if you wish, but you and I know that you are capable of succeeding in pharm school. Take control of your situation by talking directly to schools. Then you will know where you stand with every school.
Put simply, talking to many pharmacy schools about your stats (GPA, PCAT, EC, work experience, etc) will help you out even more than retaking the PCAT. In the process, you will realize that you will not have to retake the PCAT for some schools out there.
