After getting an 84 composite on the June 08 PCAT, I've just signed up for another duel with this badboy in August. Anyone else here ready to retake in August? Help me know I'm not alone! I'll be at Sage College in Albany, NY again.

Reading your post left me wondering: Why on earth would you retake the PCAT with an 84 Composite score? Unless ofcourse your GPA is lower than the average.

How did you do on the essay section?

Because my GPA is less than a 3.0, and I need to prove that I'm more than competent to be a pharmacist in every other way possible. I got 4s on the essay section.

Note to prospective students: Even if you have no major in college and seem to drift, keep your grades up! It's hard to focus with no purpose, but take it from me, it will save you the headaches later if/when you figure out your life!

getting over 90 might make you slightly more competitive, but if you pack a lot of classes in the summer school and fall and do well and raise that GPA over 3.0 it will increase your chances by a lot. If you do both that's great.

I'm taking orgo 1 this summer, I have my final on thursday, and it looks like I'm getting an A/A-, which is obviously good. If I don't get accepted this year, I'm going to finish all my pre-reqs with As so I can have a better shot next year.
