18 month externships and I think their contact lens specialty is on top too

What is PCO known for?

Clinical? Research? Academic?

Do they ever revise their curriculum?

As I understand, all the O.D. colleges are about the same on their faces, the significant differences becoming apparent only when one has some first-hand experience in a particular program and some second-hand about another, so to compare.

That said, as was said, a unique aspect of P.C.O. — be it truly beneficial, or just self-proclaimedly so (I'm not judging to which) — is it's atypically lengthy (1.5 years, rather than 1 year) period for rotations. Also, one does see a good bit of diversity and pathology in their clinic, though this isn't to say one doesn't, in any other school's.
